Publisher Agreement

Effective 2026-08-21 · accepted once per profile before publishing

1. Your app is yours — entirely

Apps published through Ntersection run on your hardware and serve your content. You are solely responsible for your app, everything it serves, and everything it does. Ntersection is a conduit: we relay traffic; we do not host, review, endorse, or control your application.

2. Prohibited content and conduct

You may not publish or distribute through Ntersection:

• pornography or sexually explicit material of any kind;
• anything illegal under applicable law, or content that facilitates illegal activity;
• malware, phishing, credential harvesting, or deceptive software;
• content that infringes others’ copyrights, trademarks, or privacy;
• harassment, hate, or content targeting private individuals;
• spam or platform abuse (including abuse of storage, identity, or tunnel resources).

3. Enforcement

We may unpublish any app, suspend any profile or team, and sever any tunnel at our sole discretion, with or without notice, when we believe this agreement is being violated. Unlawful content may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

4. Visitors and their data

If your app receives visitor identity or stores data in visitors’ user-space, you handle that data lawfully and only for your app’s stated purpose.

5. No warranty; your responsibility

The platform is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. You are responsible for claims arising from your app, and you agree to hold Ntersection harmless from them. We may change or discontinue features; ephemeral publishing (browser and ssh tunnels) ends when your connection does.
